During this tenure, Dr. Bhaumik has traveled extensively to Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He has served as Professor of Business Administration in University of Lucknow, India and in University of Malaya and many other places. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik is a very dynamic personality. Prof Dr Abhijit Ghosh is a member of World Cultural Tourism Association as well as Australian Institute of Management. Dr Ghosh is a consultant for Suchenta Group (NGO). He is a consultant for Philip Kotler Center for Advanced Marketing (PKCAM) of University Kelaniya, Sri Lanka for the Certified Strategic Marketer (CSM) training program, as a foreign resource person. Also, he is one of the Advisory panel members of the Comorin International Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, India.

Prior to joining Lincoln University College, Malaysia as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Dr Ghosh, worked for southern Cross University, Perth Campus, Australia as Program Coordinator and Lecturer ensuring that the efficient management of the program resulting in a high level of student satisfaction. His job was to ensure all SCU units and unit materials are current and supported by appropriate resources and reference materials, to make contact with all unit co-ordinators at SCU in response to maintaining and improving colleague relations and general SCU staff interaction, to make necessary course/ Curriculum changes to ensure course compliance with SCU requirements and to teach and monitor selected key units to assist with overall course rating and satisfaction levels.

He spent more than 5 years with west Coast Institute of Management and Technology, Perth as a Lecturer. He was responsible for Designing different course structures Preparing subject materials including subject guides, teaching on-campus students, conducted evening classes in conjunction with Australian Institute of Export for their Graduate Diploma course, teaching and interacting mature and working adults as well as international students and preparation of teaching materials.

Dr Ghosh’s qualifications include, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from NIMS University. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University, a Graduate Diploma of Business (Management Studies) from Edith Cowan University, Master of Commerce (Accountancy) from The University of Calcutta (Assessed and recognised by Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accountancy) from The University of Calcutta (Assessed and recognised by Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants).

Dr. Adity Sarbajna completed Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta on Aquaculture and Fisheries and has been engaged in active research in this field since 2005. Her work on fish growth, sex- reversal in fishes, stress, metal toxicity, anti-oxidant activity, feeding realms, and various aspects of fish culture has not only been confined to the laboratory but has been adopted by several farmers as best practice. She has received many awards in her academic career and has completed several research projects funded by various departments under the Government of West Bengal, India. She has authored quite several book chapters and scientific articles in national and international journals.

Professor Ashutosh Ghosh is currently acting as the Vice Chancellorof Rani Rashmoni Green University, Hooghly, West Bengal.After graduation and postgraduation in Chemistry from Presidency college, Kolkata and University of Calcutta respectively, hecompleted his Ph.D. from Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Kolkata. His field of research issynthesis, structural characterization, magnetic properties, and catalytic activities of homoand hetero-metallic poly-nuclear complexes of 1st transition metal ions. Under his supervision till date 25 students havebeen awarded with Ph.D. and he has 290 published papers in various international journals to his credit. He had been UNESCO Fellow at Charles University, Czechoslovakia;MONBUSHO Fellow at Nagoya University, Japan;JSPS Fellow at Tsukuba University, Japan and Visiting Scientist at University of Utah, USA and University of Dusseldorf, Germany. He is elected fellow of both Indian Academy of Science (Bangalore) and West Bengal Academy of Science and Technology and recipient of several prestigious awards like Rheometric Scientific-ITAS Award (1995), CRSI Bronze Medal (2016), Professor Priyadaranjan Ray Memorial Award (2017) of Indian Chemical Society and ACT Life-Time Achievement Award (2020) by Association of Chemistry Teachers.

He worked in the research field of green synthetic methodology development, asymmetric metal catalysis, organocatalysis and carbohydrate chemistry. After completing PhD he pursued Post-Doctoral Research in different projects on Hemoglobinopathies and Oral Cancer mutation. He is serving as reviewer of several International Journals.
