Prof. Datuk Dr. Hjh. Bibi Florina Binti Abdullah, the Pro-Chancellor of Lincoln University College, was the First Director of Nursing, Ministry of Health, Malaysia. She has also served as the Registrar of Nursing Board, Malaysia and has the greatest passion in changing the whole face of the nursing profession. She was instrumental in professionalized nursing as a profession from the diploma to the degree level. Undoubtedly, her passion in nursing field has been continually transformed to Lincoln University College.
Dr Amiya holds a Bachelor and double Master degrees, and a PhD in a number of disciplines such as biology, culture and psychology, and international management . He is a founder, former Vice Chancellor, and now President of Lincoln University College Malaysia which offers more than 160 programs including various PhDs and MBBS programs via 12 faculties. He is a visionary leader for developing society via education and training . He has worked with many international organisations. Most notable position was Director of International for Ottawa University (USA). He also serving as Mayor for the City of Akko in Gombe, Africa 2022 till date. He has been awarded Bintang Cemerlang Melaka (B.C.M.) in the year 2020 by Government of Melaka, Malaysia. While working with international universities he has gained various types of educational development work that include writing policies and strategies of education for a number of countries. He has travelled all the continents of world too more than 120 countries that inclue to Europe, Africa, Asia, North America , Latin America and Australasia for his work. He has vast editorial work of several books from reputed publishers like NOVA sc Inc USA, IGI Global, and more than 200 research publications in reputed journals. He is also serving as Editor in Chief of different journals in Malaysia and Australia. Dr Amiya believes in Abraham Lincoln’s philosophy of providing education to each and every human being of the world. Further, that through education we can help each and every human being to manifest their hidden divinity, power, strength and scholarships of wisdom to the humanity. Dr Amiya terms this kind of activity as “WORK IS WORSHIP”. Wih this self discipline, Prof Bhaumik has expanded Lincoln University College and its programs in more than 30 over countries . Lincoln University College has extensive programs in health care especially medicine where students upon graduation apply for USA, UK , Australia medical licensing examination . Recent achievement of Lincoln University College is to open higher Education program in Sydney ( Australia ) which is approved by the Government of Australia.
Maimul Ahsan Khan (born 1954) is a professor of law currently teaching jurisprudence and international institutional law at the University of Dhaka. He is specialized in jurisprudence, Islamic law, Islam and Muslim culture, political science, human rights, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Oriental studies. He earned his PhD from Tashkent State University in 1985. He was awarded IIE-SRF fellowship for his academic contribution by the Institute of International Education (IIE). In 2012, the IIE Scholar Rescue Fund featured him as one of the persecuted academics in the world.
Khan taught at the University of Illinois-UIUC from 1998-2002, the University of California-Davis and Berkeley from 2002-2006, and the Technical University of Liberec-Czech Republic. He has served as a Fulbright Fellow at the College of Law in University of Illinois-UC and as a country specialist on Afghanistan at Amnesty International (2001-2006)
Dr. Sandeep Poddar, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) of Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Member of Board of Studies, Lincoln University College, Malaysia, has been graduated from University of Calcutta in 1993 with Honours in Zoology, he has obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health 1995, Master of Science in Zoology with specialization in Biochemical Genetics from Dayalbagh Educational Institute 1998 with distinction. He has completed PhD in Zoology from Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences under the supervision of Late Prof. Geeta Talukder and Late Prof (Mrs) Archana Sharma on Cytotoxicity in 2004. After completing PhD he pursued Post Doctoral Research in different projects on Hemoglobinopathies and Oral Cancer mutation. He served as lecturer of Biotechnology in Vidyasagar Institute of Education Technology and Research under Burdwan University, Guest Lecturer of MSc Environmental Science & MSc Zoology, Asutosh College, under University of Calcutta. He also served as Part Time lecturer in Sarojini Naidu College. In the year 2010 he joined as Research Manager and Lecturer of Lincoln College. After that he has taken different crucial posts as Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) for more than 6 months, Director of Operations for more than 2 years at Lincoln University College. Dr Poddar before going abroad has worked as Senior Scientist in Neon Diagnostics Laboratory, Kolkata and set the Molecular Biology lab with Real Time PCR. He has been working as Chief Executive Editor of Malaysian Journal of Nursing, Founder Executive Editor of Malaysian Journal of Medical Research, International Journal of Business and Tourism and Lincoln News. He is working as Reviewer of Journals, Brazilian Archives of Biology and Technology, Infection, Disease & Health, International Journal of Human Genetics, Jordan Journal of Biological Sciences, The Journal of Zoology Studies. He has published several research papers, organized international conferences, and also edited books in Malaysia. Dr Sandeep is founder Assistant Secretary of Dr Tarak Nath Podder Memorial Foundation, Kolkata. He is Life member of Environmental Mutagen Society of India, Zoological Society of India, Kolkata, Indian Dietetic Association, Bengal Chapter, Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Science News Association, Member of Malaysian Society of Applied Biology and working Committee member of Malaysian Bengalee Association. He is also Advisory Committee Member of Hooghly Engineering and Technology College, Hooghly.
Prof Dr. Abhijit Ghosh is a member of World Cultural Tourism Association as well as Australian Institute of Management. Dr Ghosh is a consultant for Suchenta Group (NGO). He is a consultant for Philip Kotler Center for Advanced Marketing (PKCAM) of University Kelaniya, Sri Lanka for the Certified Strategic Marketer (CSM) training program, as a foreign resource person. Also, he is one of the Advisory panel members of the Comorin International Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, India. Prior to joining Lincoln University College, Malaysia as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Dr Ghosh, worked for southern Cross University, Perth Campus, Australia as Program Coordinator and Lecturer ensuring that the efficient management of the program resulting in a high level of student satisfaction. His job was to ensure all SCU units and unit materials are current and supported by appropriate resources and reference materials, to make contact with all unit co-ordinators at SCU in response to maintaining and improving colleague relations and general SCU staff interaction, to make necessary course/ Curriculum changes to ensure course compliance with SCU requirements and to teach and monitor selected key units to assist with overall course rating and satisfaction levels. He spent more than 5 years with west Coast Institute of Management and Technology, Perth as a Lecturer. He was responsible for Designing different course structures Preparing subject materials including subject guides, teaching on-campus students, conducted evening classes in conjunction with Australian Institute of Export for their Graduate Diploma course, teaching and interacting mature and working adults as well as international students and preparation of teaching materials. Dr Ghosh’s qualifications include, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from NIMS University. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University, a Graduate Diploma of Business (Management Studies) from Edith Cowan University, Master of Commerce (Accountancy) from The University of Calcutta (Assessed and recognised by Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accountancy) from The University of Calcutta (Assessed and recognised by Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants).
Prof. Dr. Suhaiza received her MSc and PhD in Management Science from Lancaster University, England, United Kingdom, in 1995 and 1998, respectively. She is a Professor of Supply Chain with the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, and is currently the Director of Ungku Aziz Centre for Development Studies, Malaysia. As a director, she is responsible for identifying attractive opportunities for the graduates to excel as entrepreneurs through her excellent industry linkage, both locally and overseas. Recently, under her directorship, her center has been selected as one of the best 20 entrepreneurship centers in the world for the ACCSB Entrepreneurship Spotlight Challenge. This challenge showcases how AACSB-accredited schools engage with business practice to provide students with an opportunity to gain the core skills required to be successful in business, whether that business is a start-up or a world-renowned corporation (http://www.aacsb.edu/esc). As a self-sustaining center at UM, she has created so many innovative and impactful entrepreneurship programs, not only for the students but also for the communities. From all the success stories that she has achieved from the programs, she was able to market them to the agencies and communities as income generation for UMEC. For her professional qualifications, she used to hold a position as Vice President of the Society of Logisticians Malaysia and holds the title of MlogM. She was certified as an Entrepreneurial Leader (ELP) by the Ministry of Higher Education in 2017 and as an Industry Foundation Programme (CIFP) in 2013 by the Department of Standards Malaysia. She was a visiting professor of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at AIMTS Universiti, Malaysia in 2013. She was one of the finalists for the Anugerah Pemikiran Dan Reka Bentuk Semula Pendidikan Tinggi Malaysia 2017.
Prof. Dato' Dr. Harikrishna K.R. Nair is a highly accomplished and well-respected wound care professional with extensive experience in the field. He currently serves as the President Elect of D-Foot International and President Elect of the World Union of Wound Healing Societies, President of the Malaysian Society of Wound Care Professionals MSWCP, Chairman of the Commonwealth Wound Care Resources Alliance, and Chairman of the ASEAN Wound Council. He is also the Head of the Wound Care Unit at the Department of Internal Medicine in Hospital Kuala Lumpur, a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Lincoln University, and a Professor at the Institute of Health Management in Austria. He is additionally the Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee on Wound Care at the Ministry of Health Malaysia, and the Editor in Chief of the Wounds Asia Journal, Journal of Wound Care, and the Malaysian Journal of Medical Research.
