Prof. Datuk Dr. Hjh. Bibi Florina Binti Abdullah, Pro-Chancellor of Lincoln University College, was the First Director of Nursing, Ministry of Health Malaysia. She has also served as the Registrar of Nursing Board, Malaysia. She has the greatest passion in changing the whole face of the nursing profession. She was instrumental in professionalized nursing as a profession from the diploma to the degree level. Undoubtedly, her passion in nursing field has been continually transformed to Lincoln University College.

The Founder- Vice Chancellor and President of Lincoln University College is Dr. Amiya Bhaumik, who is purely from the field of education. He is an Executive Vice President of the International Education Consulting Group, St. Louis, USA since 1999. Dr. Amiya Bhaumik was Research Fellow of UNESCO, Paris during this tenure, Dr.Bhaumik has traveled extensively to Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He has served as professor of Business Administration in University of Lucknow, India and in University of Malaya and many other countries.

Prof Dr. Maimul Ahsan Khan

Maimul Ahsan Khan (born 1954) is a professor of law currently teaching jurisprudence and international institutional law at the University of Dhaka. He is specialized in jurisprudence, Islamic law, Islam and Muslim culture, political science, human rights, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Oriental studies. He earned his PhD from Tashkent State University in 1985. He was awarded IIE-SRF fellowship for his academic contribution by the Institute of International Education (IIE). In 2012, the IIE Scholar Rescue Fund featured him as one of the persecuted academics in the world.

Khan taught at the University of Illinois-UIUC from 1998-2002, the University of California-Davis and Berkeley from 2002-2006, and the Technical University of Liberec-Czech Republic. He has served as a Fulbright Fellow at the College of Law in University of Illinois-UC and as a country specialist on Afghanistan at Amnesty International (2001-2006)

Mohd Shahimi Mustapha is a lecturer and the departmental Head of Pharmacy at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Since 1972 to 1998 he was the tutor, lecturer & Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at UKN. In 1983 he gave training of Medical Technology at National Technology Institute of Medical Laboratory. He has done his PhD in Pharmacology from University of Wales. During 1985 – 1989 he was the external editor to Dewan dan Pustaka. For seven years he was the chairman of Malay Medical Terminilogy. He was the Chief Editor of Malaysian Journal of Medical Research in 2011. Mr. Mustapha has conducted some skill-based training programs on Standardization of medical plants and Radionuclides Course from Lucknow and Sidney respectively. He has published more than eighty abstracts and articles in both local and international journals. Shahimi Mustapha has supervised MSc students and Doctoral students for the successful completion of their courses. His was actively involved in consultancy work like Pyrogenic and allergic testing of rubber gloves during 1982-1996. He was also Scientific Consultant for JAKIM on Halal Products. Since 1982 he is the Scientific Advisor and product consultant to PURBATAMA (Persatuan Pengeluar Ubat Tradisional Malaysia).

A member of National Council of Professors Malaysia. PROF. DR. MOHAMAD ROM is a PhD holder in Electrical Engineering from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, England since 1992. He began his professional career with University Malaya since then and continued to serve the same institution in various capacities and appointments until 2010. Amongst the appointments in Management positions held by him in the University of Malaya were: - Appointed as the Head of Electrical Engineering Department, University of Malaya, 1992. - Appointed as a member of the Senate of University of Malaya, 1992. - Appointed Associate Professor UM in 1996 - Appointed Professor UM in 2003 - Appointed Dean Faculty of Engineering and a Senate member of UM in 2004 Prof. Dr. Rom has been recognized at both national and international levels. He had served as a Consultant For Malaysian Energy Centre (PTM) and a Resource Person for Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia, a Consultant In The Energy Field, Project Assessment Committee, Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, Malaysia and Consultant For Government Hospitals upgrading & other Mega Mega projects such as KLIA. He was a Senior Assessor for LAN Accreditation Panel, Ministry of Education in 1998, for a number of years, Senior Consulting Advisor for Energy Efficiency in UM since 1999 and Instrumentation Panel of Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, Malaysia in 1998.All these appointments led him to be awarded Fellow of Motor Industry by The Institute of Motor Industry, United Kingdom (IMI, UK) His vast electrical engineering background and experiences, coupled with strong ties with the local e-vehicles manufacturer led him to be actively involved with environmental friendly and energy serving alternative means of transport. He has been appointed as Advisory Consultant to Mesia (M) SDN BHD since the inception of the company till to date. Since then he has been actively involved with the company in specific areas involving energy an drive system and has been instrumental to its success especially for products that are not readily available in the market. Naresh Kumar, PhD, is a Professor and Head of Research and Industry Linkages at Global Entrepreneurship Research and Innovation Centre, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. Prior to joining UMK, he was the Head of Programme (MBA and MMIT) at the Graduate School of Management (AACSB Accredited), Universiti Putra Malaysia. He teaches strategic entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behavior, and research methods at postgraduate and undergraduate levels. His primary area of expertise is human resource development, and his research interest includes entrepreneurship, workplace learning, and organizational innovation and change. He has published over 100 journal articles, conference proceedings, and seminar papers on organizational and management-related studies. Naresh Kumar has supervised to successful completion of many Doctoral students in the capacity of chairman and supervisory committee member. His professional affiliations include the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester (Research Fellow), Malaysian Institute of Management, Academy of Human Resource Development (USA), Academy of Management (USA), Fellow of National Institute of Human Resource Management, Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia and Member of Professors Council of Malaysia, Prime Minister’s Office. In addition, Naresh Kumar has been appointed as Adjunct Professor, Visiting Professor and Academic Advisor by few other Institutions of Higher Learning. His passion in organization innovation and change has made him to involve in consultancy work with both government and private agency. He has conducted numerous skill-based training programs that have been benefited by many professionals from both private and public sectors in Malaysia and abroad. Naresh Kumar believes that being an educator is the best way to get involved in helping others to reach their fullest potential that geared towards high order of civilized society. Thus, his everlasting passion for research, teaching, training, consulting, coaching and learning as well as knowledge sharing make him feel comfortable and enthusiastic to continue his journey in academia. Naresh Kumar have received several awards and in the year 2017 he was awarded The ASIA HRD Awards (contribution to HR Community), Outstanding Faculty in Organizational Development Award - 3rd Contemporary Academic Meet (Venus International Foundation) and Global Excellence Service Award (excellence in Educational Services) by the Malaysian United Integration Organization in Collaboration with Prime Ministers Department Malaysia.

Dr. Sandeep Poddar, Senior Research Director and Executive Editor(Publications), Member of Board of Studies, Lincoln University College, Malaysia, has been graduated from University of Calcutta in 1993 with Honours in Zoology, he has obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health 1995, Master of Science in Zoology with specialization in Biochemical Genetics from Dayalbagh Educational Institute 1998 with distinction. He has completed PhD in Zoology from Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences under the supervision of Late Prof. Geeta Talukder and Late Prof (Mrs) Archana Sharma on Cytotoxicity in 2004. After completing PhD he pursued Post Doctoral Research in different projects on Hemoglobinopathies and Oral Cancer mutation. He served as lecturer of Biotechnology in Vidyasagar Institute of Education Technology and Research under Burdwan University, Guest Lecturer of MSc Environmental Science & MSc Zoology, Asutosh College, under University of Calcutta. He also served as Part Time lecturer in Sarojini Naidu College. In the year 2010 he joined as Research Manager and Lecturer of Lincoln College. After that he has taken different crucial posts as Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) for more than 6 months, Director of Operations for more than 2 years at Lincoln University College. Dr Poddar before going abroad has worked as Senior Scientist in Neon Diagnostics Laboratory, Kolkata and set the Molecular Biology lab with Real Time PCR. He has been working as Chief Executive Editor of Malaysian Journal of Nursing, Founder Executive Editor of Malaysian Journal of Medical Research, International Journal of Business and Tourism and Lincoln News. He is working as Reviewer of Journals, Brazilian Archives of Biology and Technology, Infection, Disease & Health, International Journal of Human Genetics, Jordan Journal of Biological Sciences, The Journal of Zoology Studies. He has published several research papers, organized international conferences, and also edited books in Malaysia. Dr Sandeep is founder Assistant Secretary of Dr Tarak Nath Podder Memorial Foundation, Kolkata. He is Life member of Environmental Mutagen Society of India, Zoological Society of India, Kolkata, Indian Dietetic Association, Bengal Chapter, Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Science News Association, Member of Malaysian Society of Applied Biology and working Committee member of Malaysian Bengalee Association. He is also Advisory Committee Member of Hooghly Engineering and Technology College, Hooghly.

Dr. Abhijit Ghosh

Assoc. Prof Dr Abhijit Ghosh is a member of Australian Institute of Management as well as member of World Cultural Tourism Association. Dr Ghosh is a consultant of Suchenta Group (NGO). He is also consultant to the Philip Kotler Center for Advanced Marketing (PKCAM) of University Kelaniya, Sri Lanka for the Certified Strategic Marketer (CSM) training program, as a foreign resource person. Dr. Ghosh is one of the Advisory panel members of the Comorin International Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, India.

Prior to joining Lincoln University College, Malaysia as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Dr Ghosh worked for southern Cross University, Perth Campus, Australia as Program Coordinator and Lecturer ensuring that the efficient management of the program would result in a high level of student satisfaction. His job was to ensure all SCU units and unit materials are current and are supported by appropriate resources and reference materials, to make contact with all unit coordinators at SCU in response to maintaining and improving colleague relations and general SCU staff interaction, to make necessary course/ Curriculum changes to ensure course compliance with SCU requirements and to teach and monitor selected key units to assist with overall course rating and satisfaction levels.

He spent more than 5 years with west Coast Institute of Management and Technology, Perth as a Lecturer. He was responsible for designing different course structures preparing subject materials including subject guides, teaching on-campus students, conducting evening classes in conjunction with Australian Institute of Export for their Graduate Diploma course, teaching and interacting mature and working adults as well as international students and in the preparation of teaching materials.

Dr Ghosh’s qualifications include Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from NIMS University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University, a Graduate Diploma of Business (Management Studies) from Edith Cowan University, Master of Commerce (Accountancy) from The University of Calcutta (Assessed and recognized by Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accountancy) from The University of Calcutta (Assessed and recognized by Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants).

Osama Mutahar Ahmed Isaac is a faculty in the Department of Business and Accountancy at Lincoln University College. He is also the Editor- in- Chief of International Journal of Management and Human Science (IJMHS). He is the former faculty of Business Management at Universiti Technologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. Since 2009 he is the Youth Rights Director of Yemen Youth General Union, Malaysia. He has immense knowledge in Scientific Research Methods associated with Data analysis with SPSS and SEM. During 2014-2015 he had been actively involved in teaching doctoral students in various universities like UiTM, Lincoln University College and Management and Science University. He has obtained “certificate of Scientific Excellence” and ‘Best Presenter Paper Award’. He has published many articles in renowned international journals. He is the member of American Association of Yemeni Scientists & Professionals, Yemeni Academics and Researchers Forum, Yemen Youth General Union, Malaysia and UiTM Academic Research Students. He has achieved skill in mind mapping and various software programmes like SPSS, SEM, Qualitative Data Analysis and Systemic Literature Review.
